• The rate above is quote for up to 4 people.

• $25/person/night for additional guest ($175/week per person).

• The rental cost is offerred based on the maximum number of people who staying during the rental period.

• Please add 12.42% Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodation Tax for reservations with a departure date between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010. Please add 13.42% for reservations with a departure date between July 1, 2010 and June 30, 2015

• $385 out cleaning fee.

• $1000 security deposit is required to hold the reservation. we accept check and credit card.

•Holiday (Easter, Thanksgiving, Labor day week) rate can be different.

•Reservations are offered on a first-paid, first-reserved basis. As a courtesy, we will hold requested dates (if available) for 5 days to parties making their deposit by personal check.

• This home can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.

• Remainder of rent is due 45 days prior to arrival (60 days prior to arrival for Christmas-New Year holiday).

• Minimum stay of at least 5 nights unless fewer days fits into our calendar.

• Full Payment by personal check.

Rental Payment: Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival or 90 days prior to arrival for 15 night or longer stay. We accept personal checks and credit cards for the payment.

Cancellation:

• If reservation is cancelled in writing 120 days prior to arrival, 100% of deposit will be refunded (minus $500 cancellation fee). Deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled inside of 120 days unless unit is re-rented.

For longer stay than 14 nights, $1,000 is required to hold the reservation. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival.

As much as we do not want this circumstance to happen, the following is a our cancellation policy. We will appreciate if you can let us know via e-mail with the subject:" CANCELLATION" We will open up the calendar and hope to get a replacement booking during your reservation time. Most of the time, we have a very high chance of rebooking the Hawaiian Hibiscus Home again since it represents an outstanding value for the price.

We charge $500 cancellation fee and if the cancellation is more than 120 days, we will return the rest of the security ($1000-$500) at $500.

In case of cancellations less than 120 days before your arrival: we will keep the security deposit. However, we will refund the security deposit (minus cancellation fee) if we can rebook the home during the same period.

If the full payment already done, we will return the rental cost only if we could rebook the house again during your period. We might offer a special deal during the cancellation period to get a rebooking as soon as possible. Let say, instead of $2850/week, we will offer $2500/week deal during that time and hope to get rebooking as soon as possible. Then we will return the rental cost subtract the loss from special deal discount back to you. If despite all our efforts, there is no rebooking during your time, we will refund only the cleaning fee.
We believe this is fair for both sides and we will definitely do everything we can to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible.
